WIND & WATER HOLIDAY HOUSE
Located at the exit of Delnice, from the Rijeka-Zagreb highway, lies the village of Stare Lučice, 4 km away from Delnice, 34 km from the town of Čabar, and 15 km from Skrad.
The holiday house is situated in the village of Stare Lučice, at an altitude of 730 meters above sea level. It is beautiful here in every season, each bringing its own unique beauty that will leave you speechless.
Is it more beautiful in spring when everything turns green and blossoms, or in summer when the days are warm and the nights are pleasant, requiring only a light blanket? Or perhaps autumn, with its bountiful harvest of apples, pears, and plums? Or even winter, when everything sinks into peace and silence?
The “WIND & WATER” holiday house can accommodate up to 8 people. The house retains the charm of an old Gorski Kotar house, but with modern amenities such as TV, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and more.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a study, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a glassed-in entrance hall. The road to the house leads past a beautiful meadow surrounded by tall pine trees.
This region is not only rich in natural beauty but also offers cultural landmarks such as the Risnjak National Park, the source of the Kupa River, the confluence of the Kupica River and the Kupa River, the Green Whirlpool and Devil’s Passage, the town of Delnice, Skrad, Čabar, Fužine, Mrkopalj, and more.
Visit the museum in Brod na Kupi, located in the Zrinski Castle, or the birthplace of I.G. Kovačić in Lukovdol.
If you want to be active during your stay, take a walk in the surrounding forests and explore the rich plant vegetation and diverse animal life, go hiking, running, cycling, hunting, fishing, swimming in the Kupa River, sunbathing on its beaches, picking mushrooms and wild garlic, or even try rafting.
Enjoy with all your senses: your eyes and ears, and for taste and smell, the nearby restaurants will take care of that, so you can fully experience Gorski Kotar.
In addition to unforgettable memories, take with you products from our local OPGs (family farms): strawberries, pears, blackberries, honey, raspberries, aronia, blueberries, hazelnuts, and their homemade products such as jams, fruit spreads, juices, syrups, liqueurs, teas, homemade pasta, eggs, goat milk and its products, dried mushrooms, decorative ceramic objects, souvenirs, and let them remind you of the moments you experienced here.
Breakfast is also available upon prior notice, prepared by the hostess of the house.
